WILL WE MEET WITH YOU BEFORE THE BIG DAY?

DO YOU TRAVEL?

We meet the majority of our couples at the pre-wedding shoot you can book 1-2 months prior to your wedding. If you don’t have a pre-wedding shoot booked. You will have a video call with us, the week of your wedding. To catch up, get to know each other and chat about all those finer details!

We are based in Newcastle/Hunter Valley. However, we are often shooting in rural nsw. We will also happily travel around the world for your special day. All the logistics of us getting to your destination will be sorted by us, so reach out to talk travel costs!

DO WE NEED A SECOND SHOOTEr

WHAT IF I WANT A SINGLE PACKAGE AND USE A DIFFERENT PHOTOGRAPHER OR VIDEOGRAPHER?

We always recommend a video second shooter for guest lists over 120 people, as it ensures we capture all guests having the time of their lives and the moments and details in between. For photo, we recommend a second shooter for guest lists over 150.

Having a second shooter is the best way to ensure we capture every single moment. It allows us to be in two places at once. Meaning double the coverage of your wedding day. Whilst we’re off capturing the bridal party, they will be back at canape hour, capturing all your loved ones and the styling of your day.

We offer both photography and videography packages to save the hassle of booking another vendor. However, we have no issues working alongside another vendor if you choose one of our standalone packages. The advantage of booking us together, is we both strive for each other to capture the best shots and we work really well together, so there is a seamless relationship between your photographer and videographer on the day.

WHEN DO WE PAY?

CAN I MIX AND MATCH THE PHOTO AND VIDEO PACKAGES?

We will require a 25% booking fee on signing the contract. This payment will secure your booking with us. Another 25% deposit will be due 90 days prior and then full payment will be required two weeks prior to your wedding.

Yes you can! Reach out to us about creating a custom package tailored to your day.

We also offer photo only and video only packages.

WHAT IF I CANCEL OR POSTPONE?

We meet the majority of our couples at the pre-wedding shoot you can book 1-2 months prior to your wedding. If you don’t have a pre-wedding shoot booked. You will have a video call with us, the week of your wedding. To catch up, get to know each other and chat about all those finer details!

The deposit is non-refundable as this helps to protect our business due to turning away other weddings for your date. If your wedding is cancelled due to covid, we are happy to reschedule to any date in the future that is available. Your contract will outline our cancellation and postponement terms in greater depth.

HOW LONG TIL WE RECEIVE OUR PACKAGe

DO YOU HOLD DATES?

Your sneak peek gallery will arrive within 4 days of your wedding and then your full gallery will arrive within 6 of that.

For video, your social media highlights will be delivered within 2 weeks and your feature film within 8-10 weeks.

We never want to tell anyone that their date is now unavailable. However, your date will only be secured once your contract is signed and the deposit has been paid.
