We are based in the Newcastle-Hunter region but would happily travel around the world for you.
Do you travel?
We love to travel, and combined have travelled to over 40 countries (some more than once), so have plenty of tricks and tips if you need any help planning your special day. We will sort all the logistics of us getting to your destination, so reach out to us to talk travel costs!
Can I mix and match the photo and video packages?
Yes you can! Reach out to us about creating a custom package tailored to the needs of your special day.
We offer both photography and videography packages to save the hassle of booking another vendor. However, have no issues working alongside another vendor if you choose one of our standalone packages. The advantage of booking us together, is we both strive for each other to capture the best shots and we work really well together, so you get the best moments from the day!
Will we meet with you before the big day?
Of course! An important part of our process is understanding you both as a couple. We can meet either face-to-face or via FaceTime, meeting on a weekday afternoon in Newcastle/Hunter. Reach out to us and we can organise a time.
When do we pay?
We will require a $1000 deposit on signing the contract. This payment will secure your booking with us. Full payment will be required two weeks prior to your wedding.
Do you hold dates?
We never want to tell anyone that their date is now unavailable. However, your date will only be secured once your contract is signed and the deposit has been paid.
What if I cancel or postpone?
The deposit is non-refundable as this helps to protect our business due to turning away other weddings for your date. If your wedding is cancelled due to covid, we are happy to reschedule to any date in the future that is available. Your contract will outline our cancellation and postponement terms in greater depth.
